Physical Activity & Sports Specialists (PASS) are pleased to invite you to Primary Gymnastics Training on Tuesday 4th February 2020, 1.45pm - 3.30pm, at Kings Hill School, Crispin Way, Kings Hill, West Malling ME19 4LS This is a fun practical workshop delivered by a Primary PE specialist teacher to support class teachers and other adults in teaching Primary Gymnastics effectively. Key skills such as; rolling, balancing, travelling and jumping will be explored to develop subject knowledge and confidence. The effective and safe use of apparatus will be discussed in order to facilitate learning and maximise activity levels. Delegates will gain fun, new ideas to develop skills and apply them in a range of activities. Discussions will also include the best ways to organise sessions, equipment to use and ways of differentiating activities to ensure all children are making the necessary progress in PE. Progression of fundamental skills will be shown across both key stages using key terminology and resources so therefore suitable to all primary staff.
